I’m George Bond — a UK pharmacist, independent prescriber, healthcare leader and educator. Through G.B. Pharmacist Academy, I help pharmacy professionals improve their applications, prepare for interviews, strengthen their clinical confidence and move forward with purpose.
The Journey to Mentorship
My career has been a diverse journey across the full spectrum of UK pharmacy practice—from hospital and community pharmacy to operational leadership and vaccination services. Having seen the frontlines of NHS practice from multiple angles, including recruitment and service improvement, I’ve witnessed the immense potential within our profession.
These experiences shaped my core belief: pharmacists are capable of achieving far more than they often realise. However, many excellent pharmacy professionals struggle with the confidence to take their next step, often needing clearer strategic guidance and stronger preparation to communicate their value effectively to senior panels and healthcare leaders.

Why I created G.B. Pharmacist Academy
I created the academy because too many excellent pharmacy professionals struggle to communicate their value on paper and in interviews. Many candidates have the experience, attitude and potential, but they undersell themselves, lack structure, or do not know how to translate their work into strong application and interview answers.
